"I recently ordered two CS55 headsets through Metroline. The units were advertised as refurbished and, in the past, any refurbished products I've ordered came with all components as buying the product brand new (maybe a different box.)
When I received the units, they were clearly used, which was fine. The $4 earmuff piece that covers the plastic area that covers your ear was not in the box, so I had assumed they simply forgot it. When I inquired about this, I was told by Metroline that that $4 item wasn't included. The rep wanted to charge me additional $ to get these shipped out. I would strongly suggest using another vendor."
