"I ordered an item on line 10 days ago. Immediately after placing the order I did receive an invoice
number. I have not heard one word since then regarding shipping. I have emailed twice and called
twice and all you get is a voice mail stating that they will get back to you. I needed the gift for someone
for next weekend. I think this must be a fraudulent company that now has my AMEX card number.
However, they have not charged the card yet. I would like to know if they have the item, if they plan
on shipping the item and another updates. But, you can't reach them."
"I purchased some recessed trims through this company that were incorrectly advertised on their website. They are unusable for what I need. I've been trying to return/exchange them for the correct unit for a few MONTHS at this point. They will not return any emails, and their customer service number goes straight to voicemail. I have left numerous voicemails and have not received any reply. I'll have to let the lawyers handle it at this point!"
"I ordered two dining chairs on-line via their website. My credit card was immediately charged, but was not sent an invoice. I attempted to call multiple times to check status, but only got an answering machine with no returned call after I left messages. I emailed customer service with no response. Very strange as the website looks legitimate. Thankful AMEX was able to reverse the charge or this could have been messy. "
