"NO customer service, damaged item
They sent me a damaged item. I opened two tickets on their website, 2 weeks apart, asking for replacement and received no reply. When I called, nobody picked up and their mailbox was full. This sums up my experience with Mezzi.
I opened a claim with Paypal to recoup my money. I suspect the positive reviews posted on this website are from Mezzi themselves as they sound unrealistic and praise exactly what this outfit does not have - customer service. Regardless of their product selection and good prices, I caution everybody before buying from Mezzi - you might not be getting what you expect and you will be stuck with it.

"As of now I have the LUXslim SD and XXT models and I'm very satisfied with the overall quality of the briefcases especially for the price. Aside from the briefcases, the company goes head over heels to satisfy their customers. Initially I had a problem with my XXT model getting delayed and damaged during the holiday season and instead of giving me excuses they shipped out a replacement that arrived in 2 days.
Do I plan on going back to Mezzi in the future? Heck yeah, I don't see myself purchasing briefcases elsewhere especially for those prices."

"I can’t say enough good things about Mezzi. When I ordered a Mezzi muscle 49” rifle case there was initially a problem with getting it delivered to the UK, something to do with UPS I believe. I was willing to go for a refund but the good people at Mezzi bent over backwards to make sure that I received my case even though the circumstances caused them to make a substantial loss on the deal. They even threw in a free gift for my trouble. I love the case, I haven’t had it long but it seems up to the job.
The shipping problem has now been identified, a paperwork issue I believe so I would be confident in ordering from Mezzi again and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

"I ordered 2 cases from MEZZI on 12-16-10 for Christmas delivery. On 12-17-08 They took my money. They never sent anything to me. I called a dozen times but they do not answer their phone. They have never returned any of my emails. They have never returned any of my faxes. They gave me a "tracking number" but when I called UPS they said it never left the business. MEZZI ripped me off. I wonder if they even really exist. Today's date is December 28th and I have nothing. "

It's an okay case, but definitely not up to the rigors of airline travel. On its first trip, one of the latches was completely ripped off (you could easily do this with one finger) and another has more or less stopped working. Hopefully, it will make it home with the help of a luggage strap.
If you just need it to cart your guns around in your car, it would probably be fine.
The ebay page says satisfaction guaranteed, but then below that it says no returns. Not worth the trouble to contact them--I paid more in shipping than I did for the case."
