"Ordered from MFS after being annoyed with US Hardware's shipping prices. US Hardware has the same things and are very nice and their prices are a bit cheaper. I just had a problem with their shipping costs.

This was my first order with MFS and I was almost VERY disappointed. They shipped a cheaper version of an item I ordered and their "WINTERIZATION" tape has their logo printed all over it (make sure to look at the large photo before ordering). I'm not into giving companies free advertising, so fair warning to anyone purchasing this item who feels the same.

They get four stars for customer service and prompt shipping. I called with my problem and explained how I felt. They shipped out the correct items to me the same day.
