"I received two boxes ... out of how many? I know this isn't my total order & would like to know where the rest went. Could be that it was shipped to my physical address and not my mailing address after I wrestled with your order system for over 30 minutes trying to clarify my mailing and physical addresses for your confused system -- and the two boxes STILL got delivered to my home (physical) address... where I do NOT receive mail.
This order was sent U.S. Postal Service, so there was NO reason why it could not have been shipped to my mailing address (my PO Box) as I (finally) requested. If you had shipped it UPS, I can understand finding my partial order on my doorstep (physical address) because they do not deliver to PO boxes.
Your sales rep called me at work to tell me that you cannot do free shipping for $650 orders to Alaska, AND even after checking with someone twice, he couldn't offer a discount of the difference between UPS and USPS shipping. THEN he called me back at work to tell me that he had done something that he said he would do. I trusted that he would do it, and I had told him that I was at work -- my day job, and not the business I placed this order for, so I wasn't comfortable getting the first call at work, but I took it so I could authorize the extra charge to my card for the shipping because he had sent me an email beforehand letting me know (kudos!).
I trust that we will get into a groove -- I will do more business with MFS, but we just need to get to know each other and what our expectations are better. Now I know to buy things at Lowe's when I can because the shipping costs a fortune!

However the only downside is the high cost of shipping, after figuring that in for about a dollar more I can get everything locally and I don't have to wait for it, and I'm supporting my local economy. I will probably quit ordering supplies in. My customers don't wait 5 days I get 2-3 max and in order to get it in that timeline shipping eats up all my $ savings. I only order when I think I'll need a bunch in the near future. I don't want to have $500 worth of inventory on hand that will take me 3yrs to use."
