"I ordered Long shackle combo padlocks and I did not receive them in my order, so I called and found they were backordered and she said she would call me back and let me know what the status was. After 2 days of no return call I called again and she said they are purchasing them from a competitior and would get them sent out right away. After nearly 2 weeks of nothing I called again and they told me they only had short shackle, I said send them anyway and I will try and make it work. It's almost been another 2 weeks and I still have not received anything. FRUSTRATED!!! I have had several locks sent to me that are the wrong codes and some do not work at all. I have had several lockboxes that are preset with a code and I have no way of opening them (different code than 0000 or OCN).
They have a wide range of products which is nice but other than that I have not had a good experience with them. I spend alot of money on REO and property preservation products and it's time to find a new supplier. "
