Merchant received order and issued a UPS tracking number, however UPS never received package from merchant.
Merchant acknowledged that they issued a tracking number, however the package never left their warehouse (garage).
Merchant said they would issue a refund check, but they never did.
I finally had to turn the matter over to my credit card company. They issued a refund immediately and investigated the merchant.
Upon completion of the investigation the credit card company ruled in my favor.
I want to add that I came in contact with this merchant through the Amazon website. MiFiesta is a retailer that sells through Amazon via their on external website, thus they are not subject to Amazon's A to Z guarantee.
I learned a lesson here, just because you find a merchant on Amazon doesn't mean they are safe to deal with.
MiFiesta is very difficult to reach by phone and they don't answer emails.
Buyer beware this merchant. "
