"Ok so here is the truth about miaprella.com. I shopped there a couple of times for work projects I bought wholesale from them and then I bought some corsets, a two piece and some bikinis for me. First, like everyone says the customer service is great. Its by far some of the best service I have seen in a while. Dealt with sites like these and no one answers the phone, they don’t reply to emails and they just lack in customer service skills period. The products are great depending on what you get. The corsets take the cake. They are probably some of the best I’ve seen. Not worried about price but I do like that their affordable too. Bikinis fit pretty well even the one size. I’m a healthy girl size Medium and bikinis looked good. Two pieces were okay I felt like they were a little too loose. The shipping is limited. I too went for airmail only to get my package 14 days later. They also lack in tracking for airmail. I checked my account and got this reference code and I didn’t even know where to go to track it. The package arrived on my doorstep and luckily I got home before my boyfriend because this was a surprise for him. I would not go for airmail ever again. Think they should get rid of it. Anyhow, my second package for work I went for TNT and got it the next week. Still they need more options period. Overall I like them and I would shop again just hope they create more options for shipping very soon."
"First they have awesome selection my wife and I had our 12th anniversary coming up and I decided to buy a corset lingerie set. Let me give you the good news and bad news. I was very skeptical at purchasing from them at first because I didnt see many reviews but I took a chance. So I ordered the pin up burlesque corset in pink. After I ordered I logged into my account and it said I hadn't paid yet. So I called them and a soft spoken lady answered named Kelly she reassured me that everything was fine and that the system takes time to verify your payment. So I went on with my day to day. I chose airmail because our anniversary was the next month and I had time to wait. Wrong decision! Around day 10 I began to worry a bit. So I emailed them and they sent me a reference code and said that there had been some delays from hurricane sandy. Apparently Miaprella has warehouses overseas and it was taken a bit longer to transfer over any how after I emailed them the lady Kelly got back to me. She was very prompt and helpful she put my mind at ease a bit. She also followed up with me in emails everyday until I received the corset. I received it 3 days after speaking with her. The corset quality was great they looked great on y wife the matching thong was ok didn;t really favor the material around the gstring area but overall looked fantastic on her. I would shop here again but I wouldnt get airmail Id probably go for their much faster options. I appreciate their response time and recommend dealing with Kelly because shes very nice, helpful and responds quickly to your emails."
