"Purchased two Michael Kors purses and two pairs of shoes. Money was removed from my account in full that day. Five days later the amount for one of the purses was removed on top of the previous total that was removed. My bank refunded the second removal. When contacted, their company 'style consultants' informed me their supervisors were 'working on it'. I love Michael Kors but who works on business ethics such as these? I'm out over 500 dollars and only one item had been shipped. The second purse (coincidentally the one whose cost was removed from my account on top of the total cost of my purchase) is not even in stock. Not in stock. It has been five days since I ordered. When did it become unavailable and why don't I have my money back if it is unavailable!!?? The shoes, incidentally, haven't even been processed. Nope. Five days. And not even processed. Good thing they got their money though. Customer service said they would up channel the issue. I said I needed to speak with someone. They said oh the supercisors are in a meeting. I said have them call me back. Three hours later I call again. The gentleman gets an attitude with me be aside I am upset (like to see how he would react if he was out 500 dollars and no merchandise to speak of). He said the supervisors are working on it what more do you want. I said I want to talk to them. I was transferred to an automated SURVEY and hung up on. So. I came here. "
"I believe this to be a bogus company. I ordered from this co. and never received an email acknowledgement but the money came out of my account the next day. and it wasn't even the correct amount it was $2.00 more than what I paid!! I tried emailing the company and received no answer. There is no telephone # listed anywhere to contact these people by phone. This company is a sham!!! Do not order from them, you are just giving your money away."
