"Haven't used the batteries yet to know how they compare or last. But we ordered some button batteries for industrial tools and they are exactly as described, shipped fast (received in 4 days cross country), and were packaged well, and were sold at a decent price."
"I purchased closeout batteries for my hearing aids. They do not last even 2hours. when I called to report this the man on the phone was belligerent blaming me for buying closeout and not full price product. How do you sell a product even at a discount that will not power hearing aids for at least one full day?????? I can see if they last 3 days but under 2hours? oh well "
"I sent my order on 2nd December 2016 and paid by Paypal $31.
Waited two weeks and sent a request via their website giving all my details. Received automatic acknowledgement, but no response.
Repeated the procedure five days later and again no response.
I have dealt with this company twice - the first and last.

"I tried Microbattery.com thinking that they would be quicker in delivery and provide a better quality than their Chinese competitors. I got that wrong! After contacting them about a query, I purchased online what I thought would be the batteries in the picture supplied. They E-v-e-n-t-u-a-l-l-y got back to me and said that the web site was wrong and they didn't have these batteries. I asked for Flat Topped - they gave me Button Topped. I E-Mailed them and E-v-e-n-t-u-a-l-l-y they got back to me (well over a week later - despite me E-mailing again several times. They apologised and said they would sent the correct batteries. Fine - Great! The batteries arrived and I installed them at great time expense to myself. The batteries would not charge. I E-Mailed them and E-v-e-n-t-u-a-l-l-y they got back to me (well over a week later - despite me E-mailing again several times.
What do you think of their reply?
I quote "Thank you for contacting customer support. We would like to apologize for the delayed response. Regrettably, it has been determined that the AA-2200 stock is dead due to their age and having sat on the shelf for 3+ years."
They have offered me my money back, but hey people I JUST WANT WORKING BATTERIES THAT I HAVE PAID FOR!
Is that too much to ask for from what is meant to be a professional business?
I think not, but you make up your own mind - if you dare!"
"Please stay away from this company if you're bulk buying batteries, company staff do not respond to emails or keep stock information updated on the website. We ordered hundreds of dollars worth of batteries and our order status was pending for over three weeks, no staff from the company had contacted us and they ignored our emails regarding to this matter. BUYERS BEWARE"
"I stay in Rome, Italy. I have ordered 170$ of hearing aid batteries (full pay trough Paypal) on july 26. Nothing yet delivered, and I'm still waiting. Write them 3 time: for first 2 time the answer was "be patient". The third answer was never sent to me.
Loose my money. Withouth a serious answer. "
"I have ordered hearing aid batteries from MicroBattery.com twice. Each time they had the best price for 40 Energizer 312 hearing aid batteries compared to other web sites. Batteries arrived quickly each time, however, the "rebate" on these batteries were goofy each time. The first time they sent me one rebate form when 3 were needed. The second time, they didn't send any rebate forms with the batteries, they were "back ordered". Finally, six weeks later the rebate forms arrive. Again 3 are needed, but on the rebate form it reads only 1 rebate per family or address. Their website says you can send all forms. I've sent all 3 separately so who knows what will happen. This is not the most professional of ways to do business. Bottom line, MicroBattery's price on the batteries were still lower than others, even without the rebates. "
"This appears to be a company run by the Marx Brothers. After placing a web order, I received an email saying that the corless phone battery I ordered was not in stock and to call customer service. I called, and was convinced to buy a substitute. I received the substitute battery but it turned out to be completely incompatible with my phone. The company then sent me a replacement which was correct, and I sent the incompatible one back.
Then, two days later I received a large package in the mail full of hearing-aid batteries with a packing slip for a customer in Atlanta, some 600 miles away. The mailing label had my name and address on it, but the packing slip inside had the name of the Atlanta customer.
I'm now awaiting a label to be sent to me to return this incorrectly routed package.
I think the company is honest, but I can't see ordering from them again, given the hassles I've already had."
"Purchased a Sony BCG-34 HRMF4 charger and a watch battery from them. They shipped on the same day. Shipping charge to Canada was very reasonable. I received both items and they were securely double packaged. Both items were working fine.
I can't comment on customer service as I never needed to contact them post-sale. I would buy from them again but I wish they carried more items."
"Stayed away from 'batteries.com' due to really bad press they are getting. Tried microbattery.com - and it has been great.
This was replacement for an APC UPS BackUp 650 - even though it's a heavy battery (8 lbs, 3.5 kg) shipping was less than $10 (halfway across USA). $43 to replace a battery in a $150 UPS is a great deal.
It arrived today, very VERY securely packaged - bubble wrap, in a box, that was in another box, with paper & twine tape that read "TAMPER-PROOF". It was a pain opening that box, but that's the best shipping TLC I've ever seen.
This is the first time I'm trying a replacement battery in a UPS. If it works out (lasts more than a month or two), I'm going replace a bunch more I have in the house, and I'll buy them all here.
update 5/6/2007: it went well, so went to replace the rest of my UPS batteries today: APC BackUPS 500, APC BackUPS ES 725, and Energizer ER-HM450. This time, didn't use google link, tried to search on site, and it's just abysmally bad. It found nothing at all. Next I negotiated their menu system and though they had a list of batteries for APC, they only had one of the three I needed. Bought other two from amazon, which uses batteries.com (sigh). These guys lose business because you can't find the items you want! Hint: use google with "inurl:microbattery.com" to *really* search their site. It's far better, but the experience sucks when you are forced to do it this way...
Update - 3+ years later. Same battery needed, it's been "discontinued" by IBM/Lenovo.....and now the price is not $105, but $146. sheesh... Just a note. I'll shop elsewhere at those prices."
"I have placed two orders with this company and both were sent promptly, exactly as placed. I will definitely continue using this company for my battery needs."
"Bought a small internal battery for my Canon Digital Elph. The whole process went quickly and smoothly. I received a new battery, well packaged in a bubble mailer, within a week. Worked perfectly."
"Ordered several watch batteries from microbattery.com Prices were good, selection was good, and shipping prices were reasonable.
I received the batteries in a timely manner and they were exactly as advertised. I will definitely buy from them again and would not hesitate recommending them to others."
