"I ordered a new computer and to my amazement it shipped that day. I had a couple questions about the computer, so I texted technical support and they texted back right away. I would highly recommend Micro Center.

"I ordered a monitor on Micro Center website. After several day waiting for it to ship, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled for lack of inventory or payment would not complete. Email said my card would not be charged. After checking my American Express account, I find out my card has been charged 3 times for 1 monitor I will not get. And I can’t even talk to anyone cause it is after 7 on a Saturday. No answers till Monday. "

"Placed an order for a motherboard, it showed as in stock. A few days later when I expected to get a shipping notification was told the order was cancelled as it was out of stock. I spent some time looking for another store with it in stock but the only ones seemed to be Micro Centers located in other states. I really would like for them to get their inventory system in order and not wait 3+ days before saying we don't have it. It would have been nice if they were able to route an item from a store for delivery, instead of just relying on their warehouse."
