"I placed an order online. Payment (MasterCard) accepted.
Required accessories for business computers. Was to be shipped seven days after receipt of order.
12 days later, I received notice of order cancellation (noted as: for either items out of stock or payment issues). I checked online. Items all in stock. Card has been used, with no issues, several times since order was placed.
Called customer service. Waited on hold for 50 minutes. Heard 100 times while on hold that stock is updated "live". Customer service rep looked into order. Poor order management system to blame. Informed me that warehouse did not have stock because other customers received my items. After order bounced from warehouse to warehouse, payment approval expired after seven business days.
My only recourse is to order again. BOO! No thank you. Will not do that again. Will order from a different vendor. Never shopping MicroCenter again."
