"Microcenter is really poor about how they do most anything. This time, I ordered a Drobo NAS Device from the web store. It was listed, they charged me and then 2 days later I get an E stating my card is rejected or it's out of stock. They can't do that initially? Needs 2 to 3 days?? Ridiculous. Next, even if they don't have it on web store, they can't work out how to ship it from a retail store? It is the same price - same company. So, I sent a friend to get what I wanted at the store and send it to me. It was so super hard to do that I can completely understand Microcenter's problem with that. Yes, sarcasm - MC may have from time to time something unique, but they are SO behind the times compared to absolutely any other retailer. I won't be working with them anymore. Who has the time for this stuff repeatedly. Microcenter - update your antiquated processes, procedures and systems. I know so many people that work there that say the exact same thing."

"We bought a desktop and a full warranty plan. Within two days the OS and the DVD drive went faulty and they wanted to charge us to save the data we had placed on it. We returned it within 5 days and the device was faulty, therefore it was Micro Centers fault for selling it and even without the $89.99 warranty, it should have been repaired or replaced without charge. I will never shop here or recommend Micro Center to anyone. "

Phone numbers went to recordings with no options to talk to someone, when I did find a phone number with a live person I was given another phone number to call which was a disconnected number. I ended up using Chat. It was 5 days after receiving my return before I received any communication. "
