"Ordered bios on 9/24/03. I did receive an order confirmation right away. Have not yet received any product or reply of any kind. On 10/10/03 I sent my first inquiry to the company. No reply. I tried again on 10/16/03 again with no response. No one answers their 800 number as well (I get an answering machine). I am wondering if this company is on the verge of going out of business. Whether it is poor customer service or a bankrupt company I would not recommend this company to anyone at this time.
My next step is to do a credit card dispute.
