"I called and spoke to a rep about a telephone cord that requires six(6) conductors, BELKIN PHONE CABLE - RJ-11 (M) - RJ-11 (M) - 25 FT, specifications. I was assured that the P/N BEL-F8V101-25-IV was just what I needed. So, I ordered it on Feb 6, 2009. Two weeks later I called again and the rep told me that she had just put it into the system. Shortly there after, I received an email conformation of the order. It took two weeks to receive the order through FedEx who received the shipment two(2) days ago. That works out to exactly one(1) month to get a package from Glendale Heights, IL, to Cincinnati, OH. I can drive that distance in less than 8 hours. IT'S THE WRONG CORD! THIS ONE ONLY HAS FOUR(4) CONDUCTORS IN IT!! I could have bought this one at Radio Shack up in town for under $10.00 in twenty minutes.
These people really SUCK!"
"I ordered a computer power supply from them with supposedly 4 in stock according to the webpage. I find out the following day they have none in stock with none expected. They did do a full refund quickly, which is the one good thing. But if their website was kept up to date I would've never ordered the power supply in the first place."
"These guys are bad new - they have been unable to deliver working goods and unwilling to take back defective ones.
We ordered four pieces of equipment from Micro League - expedited delievery. Only 2 arrived - we had to argue with them for a week before they figured out the warehouse never sent half the order. The finally sent the remaining two pieces of equipment (without compensation for shipping costs). On arrival only one item worked. They would not shipp us a new item immediately (remeber we had wanted this expedited) but said they would only provide a replacement once we had gone through the RMA process and they had the equipment back. They failed to send the RMA information but told us to ship it back anyway - which we had to do at our own expense. Their warehouse then refused the package and sent it back to us... The saga continues - we are cancelling payment and just trying to get rid of the hardware.... "
"I would not recommend these thoroughly unpleasant people to my worst enemy. My problems with them have taken several months to resolve, and left a really nasty taste in my mouth.
I ordered an IBM Thinkpad X40 because I wanted a very small and lightweight laptop. The company came back and said the X40 had been discontinued and replaced by the G40, which had similar specifications and was the same price.
This was not one but several lies. It has not been discontinued; I have since bought one from IBM. Nor has it been replaced by the G40. And the G40 does not have similar specifications; it is about twice the size and weight of the X40.
However, I had no reason to disbelieve them, so I said OK.
When I received the computer and complained, they did not deny that they had given me false information. Bizarrely, though, they said that as I had accepted delivery of the computer it was my problem. They eventually agreed to accept a return, but said they would charge a 20% restocking fee, which was nearly $300.
I contacted IBM, which has a reseller complaints procedure. IBM ordered them to refund all my money, but they just point blank refused.
Eventually, as a goodwill gesture, IBM very kindly paid my restocking fee.
If you're thinking of buying from these people, think again. They may be the cheapest, but they're also the nastiest. "

"I did not know I was ordering from these guys, I had ordered from a web site called pcsuperdeals.com, which is unrated here but had a fairly high rating from another service.
I received my ordered parts in two days, in good order, no problems. However, the goods were shipped UPS signature required, which is always a pain for home delivery, getting home and finding the UPS slip and having to go to the UPS distribution center to pick the parcel up. That lowers my rating for them, other than that, no problem."
