"SCAM! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I placed an order, they charged my card right away. I didn't hear from them for about a week after, regarding my order. They finally told me they needed me to verify my info. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money, because waiting a week before you even bother getting around to acknowledging my order is unacceptable. They ignored all of my attempts to contact them. It wasn't until another week later until their phone number finally worked- where they told me they already refunded my money. They hadn't. I still don't have it.

I'm still waiting for my refund.

This is the only place I've ever had a problem with buying things online, ever.

Avoid them like the plague."

After going through the website and building my machine, I called to verified that everything would go smoothly. When I received my machine I found it was tailored to what I had asked for and was very satisfied with the service, processing time, and overall courteous staff at Micro PC Outlet."

"Please Avoid. AKA "MPC Outlet". Just like so many Camera, Video and Computer companies in Brooklyn, this Chula Vista, San Diego, CA company practices "UpSell" and "Bait and Switch" tactics. Order placed for an Epson Printer. Email Rcv'd " Call to Verify". Called to receive "Upsell" crap. Cancelled order. Rec'd cancellation email. Credit Card billed anyway. Filed complaint with BBB and Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Requested refund but of course no reply to emails. Waiting for resolution."
