Useless service

"Absolutely useless service. Purchased the product and was not able to activate it. They keep saying that they sent me activation code and and check the SPAM and I had never received any activation code and/ or license. After a bunch of emails from a 100 different people, I got a refund. Really? Refund, is that your solution?????"
