I purchased this product but after a lengthy download was not able to use it because I had to burn to cd which I was not able to do rendering the product useless to me. I contacted the company the same day and got no response. However after I posted a very bad review I decided to try and contact them again in which they did respond and did give me a help me with the product. That being said I am coming back and redoing my review. As it turned out this was an easy fix. But the company should have responded the first time around not wait until they received a bad review."

"In searching for an upgrade to my old Microsoft Office 2007, and in a way that would allow me to use my copy for the life of my new computer, I found Microsoft Softwares offering MS Office 2019 Pro Plus at a very reasonable price. I, admittedly, had some initial concern over my purchase given the slow download speed of the image file through SendOwl. It took some 2-3 hours to completely download. In hindsight, given the size of the file I received (3.4GB), that wasn't unreasonable. Once my download finished, my install went seamlessly and I had no problem with the Product Key provided by Microsoft Softwares to unlock the various Office programs.
