"I used this seller from California, thinking it was accually Mirrosoft downloading, and maybe it was. Any how, on a hotel Wi Fi it was slow, but loaded successfully. I am up set, because everything seemed to go to One Drive and on to the I Cloud. My IP speed (ATT) is only 1.5 MB, incrediable SLOW! Now to get a file or PICTURE, it takes forever. I got back from a short trip, and Sybcing now has my Desk Top info loasding into I Cloud! I need to turn off One Drive and get back my files from I Cloud. I was under the impression that I Cloud just backed up, noit taking originional filesto the "Cloud" , but it looks like I was wrong. I hope to find a way to correct this!"

Billed anyway for just reading product description. Will need to determine how to cancel. Never downloaded anything. That said. It did look like a great product if you had the required Windows version on your old computer. I was ready to purchase until I saw I was not running a Windows new enough for this to work."
