"Version of software was 32-bit. Didn't say it was 32bit only anywhere in the description. Couldn't install without removing 64bit Office, which is not an option. Contacted Customer support - software was never installed, or activated, so the key can go back in their pool to sell to some other unsuspecting buyer. No Response. " Only issues were with Microsoft itself, upgrades and licenses still seem overly complex with them, multiple reboots etc. But the licenses worked fine and are indeed registered with Microsoft when I log into my account.

I am retired IT and only do valid licenses, but since I no longer use software for any business purposes I was happy to find it at a reduced cost. Birthday cards for my grandsons or tags for Christmas presents in Publisher and Christmas card labels in Excel are about the extent of my endeavors these days, but I am spoiled and still want my familiar toys.

Unfortunately my windows 2007 ultimate machine hit the end of life, so it was time to actually get a new laptop, newer version of Office Professional and of course upgrade to windows 10 Pro so I can set up patching rules and log in as administrator. :)
