"Just purchase a copy of MS Visio Professional 2016 and the transaction was excellent and FAST!!! I received an email within 30 seconds of submitting my order, that contain a link to download my software and the License Key. I used the link and was asked to log into my Microsoft Account, and I used the license key and the rest of the process was automated. MS Visio was 2016 was automatically downloaded from Microsoft, installed, and then authenticated with Microsoft.

"The purchase and install was fast. However, heads up during install that's when you are told 32 bit does not work do you want 64 bit (32 must be default). Then once installed you are told to click start and there was no start button. I closed application and had to re-install 2-3 times to get all of the software programs which did not install in one Microsoft Office 2019 folder. You have to find each program in your alpha file index under the name of the program and then pin them each to your start. A little cumbersome but as long as they work then OK."
