"For the 2 questions I sent out the vendor they responded quickly and clearly. Once the software was purchased I immediately got an email with the license and download information. The download and install process was quick and painless (outside of that you need a microsoft ID to install so if you don't have one you'll need to create one)."
"I purchased the download of Word from these folks. Then I didn't receive the activation code. I messaged them. They replied "send us a screen shot of the error." But there was no error. Truth was, I had no merchandise. I replied to this, but there was no response until the following morning. I messaged them again, explaining what was really going on. Nothing. Trying to resolve this, I called the customer service number, but it doesn't even say whose number it is, just "the person you are calling is not available." Sounds like someone's private cell phone. I messaged them repeatedly. I finally got the first message with the activation code about 20 hours after I bought from them. Anyway, bought Word from another vendor as I needed it. Asked Microsoftsoftwares for a refund. I followed their agreement, held up my end. I never activated the product. What will I do with 2 programs?
So far, after 2 days, they are denying me the refund. They are being nasty over $39.99 of an old man's money.
UNLESS YOU ARE A GAMBLER, stay away from these folks. Doing business with them seems to be a roll of the dice. What was it Mark Twain said....? Oh yeah: "gamblers only take my money.""
"Works, Fast and Smooth, nothing more to say"
"Great price, easy install"
"I hope this company or those involved, will send the purchased product by delivery. it has not been downloaded. I had initially attempted to download but lost the connection."
"Great price and easy to download the software"
"I had trouble opening the MS Office Pro Plus 2019.img file, which turned out to be an issue on my end, and after several very quick emails back & forth, I was able to correct the issues and everything works great. Excellent software and support for an incredibly low price. "
"I've purchased twice from Microsoft Softwares. In both cases the delivery was super fast. On the first purchase I had some issues that their support department resolved very quickly. Issues happen, but these folks were responsive and fixed my issue. I am very pleased with this company. They take care of you."
"Their software download doesn't work. One finds this out AFTER they charge one's credit card."
"The experience purchasing the software was excellent, I wish could have the used the 7 hours it took to download to do something better with my time. I attribute the delay to everyone being home and using the internet during these difficult times."
"exactly what they said, perfect"
"Thanks for proving MS Professional Plus for reasonable price. "

"The only way I found out I had Microsoft Word on my computer was to look at Control Panel to see what programs I had, and found it in a non-existent H: drive. Then I had to use my ancient DOS skills to find and setup.exe program to finish installing it. So what good is it to have an program that is supposed to work with Windows 10? Well, what good is it to have Windows 10 to begin with when Microsoft's own programs do not really work with its Wizards and other software gadgetry? I did contact Microsoft support via chat, and their comments were largely irrelevant except that they did provoke me to look at Control Panel Uninstall. Otherwise, I had no idea that Word had actually been installed. How rude and crude and unhelpful. At least one more, and probably two, strikes more against Microsoft."
