"These people know what they are doing. They came to my house and had to replace windows that were in the front of my house. This was a custom job as the window sizing was unique and set off from the exterior. They made my house look great, they replace the windows, replaced the trim with a better quality matching trim on the interior and exterior. They made sure to not made a mess on the inside and outside of the house. I will definitely use again. "
"I commissioned Middlefield Glass to design and make windows for my solarium. The finished project was beautiful. Middlefield Glass out-performed and exceeded my expectations several-fold. I'd highly recommend them.

"Incredible quality and service!!!"
"I traveled to the Middlefield Glass showroom to order beveled glass side lights for our front door. The owner required a $500 deposit to make a proposal. Adjustments on the rough sketch were met with unreturned phone calls, missed deadlines and ultimately no resolution. Middlefield Glass nastily refused any refund on the $500. The good ending to this story. I used a lumber company in Holmes County, Ohio to design and manufacture the sidelights and their bid was in excess of $1,000 less than Middlefield Glass. Buyer beware."
"I've ordered various types of glass from Middlefield glass over the past few years and have had nothing but excellent service and great product.

"Ordered glass from this site...Glass did not resemble pictures at all and they offered no resolution whatsoever.
Horrible company with very poor customer service."
"I received sample glasses in mail, and ordered a stained glass cabinet door made of 3 types of glasses BASED on the samples.
When the door arrived I saw that one of the glasses was NOT what I had ordered. I contacted middlefield, was asked to send pictures of the door that CLEARLY showed the wrong glass, and after being ignored and dismissed for days was finally told that if I wanted to correct the error I had to pay for the door to be shipped back AND PAY FOR RESETTING THE WRONG GLASS too!!
I have never had such a horrible experience with a business, asking the customer to PAY for correcting their mistake.
Obviously this is not a trustworthy company and I cannot send more money and aggravation of returning a fragile door, and risk receiving ANOTHER incorrect design. So I decided to just consider it a loss, but I will try my best to warn people in anyway that I can to beware of this shady business practice. "
