Still waiting

"Ordered a part online and have not received it yet. I have gotten no response or update of any kind since the day after I ordered. I’m not sure if the part I ordered was in stock or had to be ordered for Toyota but I do know the part was stocked on the Kentucky warehouse. No clue what is going on. "

Running in circles

"Hello!
I first tried to call. Instead of being asked if I could hold the person answering the phone said Hold and put me on hold. So I went to the dealership. I was given a price of $146.00 I said could you give me the online price? They said no they were not able to do that. So I went home & ordered it to be picked up for $90.00. Seems a bit rediculous. But when I went to pick it up I was asked as soon as I walked in the door if I could be helped. The emloyee retrieved my order and I was off. First fast thing this dealership has ever done! Thanks!
