"No human contact for customer service. It took two email and a Facebook post for them to respond. I haven't seen the product delivered yet and I ordered it 9/20/13. They did however promptly charge my account the next day. To day is 11/19/13 and I understand that they ask for 3-5 weeks for shopping but it dosnt take 2 weeks to get a tracking number. "

"When they ship from the US, shipping times are good and the item quality is average. Sometimes it's good, other times it's junk.

When they ship from China, expect a month or longer before your order will even ship, and then you're looking at several weeks before it will get to the US.

Customer service, when you can get an answer from them, is good. However getting customer service to actually answer usually requires an act of god.

Long story short: Use them if you must, but your money is better spent elsewhere.

"Order was placed 10/15, and marked "Completed" by the vendor on 11/4. As of today (11/18!) the tracking number provided on the 4th at last shows the item (or at least, AN item with the given tracking number) exists -- but it is sitting in a sorting facility somewhere on the other side of North America.

I certainly wouldn't recommend purchasing anything you actually need and/or want under these conditions, but if you don't need or want it... why buy it?

Kind of a shame, is in the past, MidnightBox has offered amazingly quick turnaround for its flat $3.99 rate. The last couple orders, though, have been spotty at best.

"Item was not as described, but too cumbersome to return and receive a credit for. Tracking information was also never provided and emails were not answered asking for tracking assistance. I would hesitiate to buy items from Midnight Box in the future."
