I got their color changing led light bulbs and a remote was broken, I messaged them and they sent me a replacement at no cost (you would think that should be a given but I have dealt with people/companies that charge me, or want to charge me). I have bought several things from them now, one item I kept looking elsewhere for (glasses with a microscope and light) and low-and-behold MidnightBox offered it one day! Even though it did take some time, but come on, it was the holidays. Once they did reply I got the replacement within a week. "
