"I placed an order on 3/10/14 with an expected delivery date of 7-15 days. After 20 days, I emailed MidnightBox to inquire about the status of my order (there's no contact phone number). I did not hear back from them. I sent them a follow-up email and still have not heard back from them. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge."

"Product works great. My only comment is, every time I checked to see if the product had shipped, the website said "processing". Imagine my surprise when it was delivered while the website still said "processing"."
"In fairness to the company I have ordered and been completely satisfied with my purchases. But the last item I purchased was an extra large mystery box and felt completely ripped off. I do take the blame as I had no idea what I was purchasing but it enticed me with a $1000 value it was more like $10 and was no bigger then a shoe box. That mystery box disappointed me so much I kind of feel like they should be ashamed of themselves for even offering."
