"We were sent the wrong sizes and colors of a 1600 Egyptian bed sheet set order. The order arrived about six weeks after with a letter stating they gave us upgrades because they ran out of stock. Their stated upgrade did not include our ordered 1600 cotton king size sheet. Instead, we were sent a different color queen size sheet in a non-Egyptian thin fabric. I sent emails to midnight box and they responded after almost a week later (we wanted to return the sheet set). Midnight box response was to send them pictures of the wrong sizes and the comments from the manufacturer about them sending upgrades to our order. I sent the pictures and a copy of the manufacturer order as they requested and still have not heard back from Midnight box. We were never told that they were out of stock until the sheets arrived in the mail including a note that all returns must be paid by the purchaser, even if the manufacturer substituted the item for another item. The order did say we requested the king size, but they ran out of stock and substituted the queen size."

It baffles me how these clowns can get 5 stars when the first page of reviews are from people with items they have ordered and havent received them.

Like everyones complaint they do not respond to your emails and they dont keep their website shipping status updated. However, they will take your money!

MB539546 has an expected delivery time of 3-5 weeks which should be in your confirmation email. Purchased on 1/28 puts that expected time at 2/18 - 3/4. MB537600 also had an expected delivery time of 3-5 weeks. Purchased on 1/15 puts the expected delivery time at 2/5 - 2/19 however this may be later due to the overseas vendors being closed for Chinese New Year last week. We apologize for that possible delay.
