"I placed an order for 2 CREE XM-L T6 950LM Flashlights on 11/21/13. It took 2 weeks for them to arrive. When they did, one of them didn't work at all. I used the web form to contact customer service & asked for a replacement. Jennifer emailed a rather lengthy set of rules & asked for a detailed explanation of the problem. I provided that, was assigned an RMA number and was told "the vendor will send you a new end cap". That was on 12/6/13.

I never received anything and now they won't even acknowledge my requests for a status on the RMA.

"Midnightbox has good deals when it comes to price. I'll give them that, but it take a long time to recieve your package. Then you try to contact them about it but you never get an answer. Im still waiting for products order almost 2 months ago."
