"It takes FOREVER to get a package from Midnight Box. Sometimes I have to go to the Post Office which is 25 miles from my house (I live in on a Farm in the Country) to pick up some of the packages! Not sure what that's about because some of them are delivered and left at my Gate. One of my items arrived broken but it's not returnable. "

I am very dissatisfied as the site said it will take 2-3 weeks to ship, and I have not received any contact from MidnightBox.com what so ever. When I check the site, it says "Status: Processing", when Midnightbox.com has already received my money from my debit card and it has said processing since I ordered. I will be contacting MidnightBox.com about this matter as well. If I do not see a change in my order soon, I will be demanding a full refund of my money for the product, shipping, and handling. "
"I placed the order December 12th. I finally got a shipment notification on December 19th with a tracking number. They didn't tell what carrier is transporting the package so I had to guess. The USPS website was the winner there and I found out it is shipping from China. As of January 1, the package is sitting in Los Angeles, CA. No estimated delivery date. By comparison I purchased some items from Amazon.com on 12/15 and they notified me that some items would arrive after Christmas because they were coming from China. They arrived on 12/30. I have had good experiences with midnight box in the past but they need to provide more information on order status and shipping status....and a projected delivery time when ordering."

"I received a confirmation email a few minutes after I placed the order which stated estimated delivery would be 3-5 weeks. I haven't had any updates or communications since that confirmation email. A status update after 1 month is the least a company could do in my opinion.
Update 1/9/2014 - I received a cancellation and refund email for this order without any reason given. Last time I order from them."
"It took 3 weeks to receive product but my credit card was billed on date of order, product was very poor quality and one of the battery contacts was loose in the battery compartment when opened, no customer service email address or phone # to call, have submitted two online requests using online form for RMA both have gone unanswered!
