"I ordered these items on November 21st and it is now Christmas Eve and I have not received my purchase. These were Christmas gifts for my son and nephew and knowing that I had ordered them over a month in advance I knew it wouldn't be an issue. I didn't receive another email until December 13th saying that it had been shipped... Number one, how does it take three weeks to ship and number 2, when a package is coming from New York (supposedly anyways) take 11-plus days to get to colorado! Another thing is I got a tracking number but no way to actually look up where it is! I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated! Six weeks?!? You have got to be kidding me! Also to only be able to contact this company by email or mail is unacceptable and unprofessional! When I need answers I don't want to wait for a reply!"
"I ordered this for my grandson for Christmas, thinking I had given the product plenty of time to arrive. It is now Dec. 24th, and I am still waiting. Have to say, I'm not super happy at this time. He won't know it's missing in action, but I will certainly remember before I order anything else from Midnight Box that has to be delivered in a reasonable time."

"Shipping was not fast at all, I had to email them to ask them where my product was and then they updated my shipping information. It took about 3 weeks to get my item. Then the item is not very good. It is really crappy. I ordered 2 of them at the same time, I got them at two different times and they are both trash. I threw them away. I only put somewhat satisfied because they were only 3.95 so I guess you get what you pay for...I have another order that I still have no shippng info on and it has been over 3 weeks waiting for that as well, is this how they work? Must be a pattern, I don't think I will buy from them again."

"I sent back the item after receiving a RMA# several weeks ago. I still have yet to receive a refund. I have contacted customer service to find out when I can expect it and they have yet to reply. They need to have a phone # and they need to have better customer service support. This is insane. Guess if I don't get it soon, I will file a complaint with my bank and law agencies as needed."
"MidnightBox did not specify what carrier was used to ship the item, so it was difficult to finally determine that the shipment was coming Fed-Ex.
The shipment left Denver over a week ago heading for Montana. It still has not arrived. Pony Express service was better 100 years ago.
