One item arrived but the other still hasnt. I have emailed 3 times about this order & have not have anyone get back to me on it. The 2nd order that was placed on Nov 26th, just arrived yesterday Dec 20th! I think this is horrible service especially since I paid $3.99 per item for shipping!
