"Processing and delivery is way to slow. All product I have gotten are ok quality."

"I placed the order early November, my product did not ship until mid December. In addition, I contacted customer support via email to check on the order (No phone number available) and never heard back. Sent a second message a week later, and only after I told them I was going to pull my order did I get a reply. My tracking number is useless as it only states my order is "Processed".
It is December 19, and I have yet to receive my product, nor do I know the status of shipment! I have doubts about the quality of my product and certainly hesitant about using this service in the future.
