"Purchased a new MTS-3150 Wall-Mount Courtesy Phone in April 24, 2008. Warrantied for 2 years.
After 6 month of service the lower half of the keypad went dead. Contacted company on November 20, 2008 to report problem, received a used replacement circuit board six day later. Wrong one.
December 01,2008 called and spoke with company tech. Ask to e-mail pictures of defective part, pictures were sent to the tech's e-mail address as directed. No response.
January 14, 2009, called again. Their 800 number was no longer being answered, only voice message which was never returned. I called their business number and got a very irate person, who finally got me to another tech. This guy wasn't too happy to deal with me. He went the same route, asked for pictures which they should have already had.
He gave me different e-mail address and asked for more pictures of the circuit board. Sent more pictures of the parts showing in clear detail all ID numbers on the parts.
Gave up in march and went to another company and purchased another new phone Same model number, this one came sealed with factory wrapping.
