"I Bought a bedtred bed liner for my 2016 RAM and got about half of the Velcro strips in when I had a stroke. Well while I was out of commission my wife un knowingly through the rest of the Velcro strips and the instructions away. I called Midwest aftermarket and told them I needed to buy the rest of the strips. The nice gentleman who took the call said we will send you what you need and you do not have to pay for them. "I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from your company. Corey, was absolutely the best customer service rep that I have ever dealt with in the build of my car. I was purchasing through another company that was using a third party to collect my money and then searching out a distributor to fill the order. The company I was going through is a pretty well known company, and by sub'ing out the service I feel they lost touch with the customer. While speaking to Corey about my order and expierance, I knew instantly that I wanted to cancel the existing one and and go directly through MWA. " I have been in customer service a very long time and always let CS agents know how they do. I called on the 12/15 with questions about a tuner for my 2002 F250 7.3 diesel and got Cory.
