The Sport Dog SD-400 Field Trainer came with an excellent manual and DVD that address basic training in a professional and user-friendly manner, as well as use of the remote collar trainer. I am ignorant and new to the dog training world and was surfing the web looking for a training collar for my 2-yr old female Lab. I happened onto the MightyPets/Powershopper website which was excellent by any standard. Searching through the site and learning about the items were easy. It was carefully thought out and helpful.
It should be noted that, beyond my wildest dream, an included service on this site was a working “Chat4Support” line which was nearly instantaneous. It was like instant messaging . Through several exchanges until I ran out of questions, Shari was patient and answered each question. She obviously had great experience and her advice was invaluable.
The following morning, I called the main office and immediately got Steve. He, too, was thoughtful and helpful with my insecure questions. Because of the great customer service, I made up my mind that this was for me and that only making a final decision was necessary for making my purchase (not much under $300).
The online purchase went smoothly and easily, and the product arrival time was incredible (2 days after purchase in a well-packaged box). The product was exactly as expected and promised.
I know that I probably sound like a shill, but I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who desires one of the offered products. MightyPets delivers the product in a very timely manner, and everything is exactly as customer service promised.

"I was looking for a training collar for my dog and came across this site. I had one of these collars before for another dog I had and knew this collar would work great.
This was the best price out there and believe me I searched around. My package arrived 3 or 4 days later and one of those days was a Sunday.
The collar was just as described and everything was complete and well packaged.
I'm happy to say that since this arrived and began teaching my dog with the collar his behavior is 100% improved.

"Ordered this Bowser Platinum series XXL Donut dog bed on February 10th and it is now the 21st and I still do not have confirmation yet that it has shipped from Bowser. In all fairness, the staff at Bowser have been working this issue and there have been a few communication errors including the following:

1) Originally, the color on MightPets web site
was Sand and Bowser does not carry this color
in Sand. I was not informed via phone but by
e-mail.
2) I gave 3 color choices and after getting
feedback from Bowser was told that my 1st two
choices were not in-stock but the 3rd one was
so they placed an order and was told a
tracking number was to follow in 24 - 48 hrs.
3) A few days later, I sent them an e-mail
because I hadn't received the tracking number
and was told that Bowser never ordered it
due to not receiving back any info. on color.
They again, clarified the color (3rd choice)
and placed the order (2/16 by this time).
4) Bowser stated that my 1st choice was in-stock
but my 3rd choice was not (this was 2 days
(2 days later and another e-mail sent to them
asking for a tracking number). They stated
again, they were in contact with Bowser and
that the bed was ordered (2/19 now).

It is now Sunday the 24th and my patience has all but run out! I do not know who is lying but my advise is to not buy from MightyPets.com as they are not proactive enough to insure your order is processed or shipped in a timely matter! If you insist on ordering from them, make sure they have it in-stock first so you do not have to wait like me. I also recommend you NOT buy from Bowser Pet Products as they seem like a flakey outfit that doesn't care either!!

Update: My dog bed finally shipped out on 2/23, nearly 10 working days after it was ordered! I talked to Sharon (shipping manager) about compensation either with expedited shipping or a 10% discount for my inconvenience. The best she could do with her superiors was a 5% discount, which I felt was not enough (the time I spent getting my order to ship was easily worth $20 (10%)). I told them my review of their company would be fair (good) but they didn't want to take a hit to their profits so they kept it at 5%. They have lost me as a customer and they got a not-so-good review as a result. My recommendation still stands that if you need to buy pet supplies, do not buy from MightyPets.com. I welcome any rebuttal by MightyPets.com staff that this evaluation was not fair and honest.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service and being able to track my shipment is a great idea! I live in Canada and I ordered this Feb 9th and it had already cleared customs by Feb 14th. My only complaint is the details for the item on the website was not very specific. "
