My customer service representative stayed with me until I fully understood how best to proceed with the use of the anti-bark collar I purchased. The only problem was the instruction manual that came with the unit because it had not been updated with information on an apparently newer collar clasp design. This had me confused for about 10 minutes as I strained my older eyes to see the small pictures of the clasp as portrayed in the manual. It's a good product but apparently the owner of the manufacturing company that makes the collar and writes those pesky manuals is eccentric yet MightyPets.com will continue to try and get that manufacturer to make those manual corrections. Now if the collar doesn't teach my wife a thing or two, I may just replace her with my knew friend in customer service, she is a sweetheart!"
