"Took my brand new truck in twice for an unusual engine noise that started at 1200 miles and both times I was written off as a non-issue. I was even told by the head shop technician that it always made that sound and I just never noticed it (insinuating I was crazy). He was rude and insulting. I never got answers to my concerns either.
