"SAL postage from China to UK has taken 60 days, not 15-20 days as specified on the website, and tracking was pretty useless. It only shows when it leaves China, after that you have no idea when it will arrive. However, the package has arrived and that is the main thing. I had no problem with milmalls customer service and I would use them again."
"I've placed two orders with Mil-Mall for Hooah! buttons - one for myself and one for a buddy deployed to Afghanistan. For the one I ordered for myself, it seemed like the package arrived in a timely manner, but I'm not sure when it was shipped because I never received a shipping confirmation or any tracking info. The second one was wasn't shipped until three weeks after I placed my order. And one thing I found odd was the fact that my first order number was #18566, but the second which was placed months later was #687 (not 18687, just 687). Reminds me of when I got my first checking account and the lady at the bank started my first order of checks at #700 so it seemed like I had a checking account "for forever." Several little things make them seem like an inexperienced, unprofessional company, but I had a good experience overall. The items were received and their price is cheaper than hooahbutton.com. If I ever purchase any more Hooah! buttons and I'm not in a hurry, I'll most likely buy from Mil-Mall."
