"Nothing but good things to say about them. Ordered two laptops from them, excellent communication, reasonable time to ship. I'm typing on my ASUS A8JS customized with 2gb of ram and an intel core 2 duo t7200. This was the PERFECT laptop for me, and we are also EXTREMELY happy with the other laptop we got for my sister. The only issue (which was mostly my fault although there website could be a little clearer) was I forgot to order a wireless module for my sister's laptop. Gave them a call when I got it, didn't have the module in-stock in the states, but shipped it quickly from Canada and didn't charge me any extra for shipping, then gave great phone support for the easy installation.

Sometimes you have to email or leave a message, but they DO get back to you FAST.

A previous laptop in our family that had been ordered from a company that is now defunct (as well as our 3 year warranty) had been purchased about a year ago. Because of this we did not purchase without scrutiny. I called ASUS's sales line before buying (their volume line, they don't sell to end users) and asked them about Milestone PC, how long they've been in business, and how responsive they are to ASUS (the company that screwed us bought through ChemUSA - we found that out because that's who the labor warranty was through and ChemUSA had nothing good to say about the previous company). ASUS ONLY had good things to say about Milestone PC as well.

All in all a great buying experience and I am planning on buying from them again."

"Although there was some difficulty paying for the product, the situation was dealt with in a personal manner and with relative ease. I am not sure if the problem has been dealt with yet but I am sure their current payment process is up and running.
