"I am pleased to revise my rating, the one pleasant aspect within this organization is customer service and after additional communication they were more than fair and really took responsibility for and fixed the problem. The problem is only a sympton, the most important part of a company is how they support and back their service. MilitaryBoots, Jenny, Amy and Lindsey made the difference between a bad experience getting worse or making good on a business contract. I thank them and now feel more confident about using MilitaryBoots. I still recommend steering clear of Wellco, second rate organization through service and product, not worth the money or risk.

My first order resulted in being shipped an incorrect size for two identical pair of boots. I called to correct and was issued a return shipping label to return the incorrect size and was promised the correct sizes would be shipped immediately. I returned the incorrectly sized boots and two days later received one pair of boots in return, the correct size but the fix to my first order was only half complete. I contacted MilitaryBoots who identified the error and here I sit five days later and don't have my second pair of boots, nor do I have status on the shipment. I guess if you want to have constant interaction with customer service it is a great deal. Right now I wouldn't recommend this business to friends. Update, as part of the process I was returned 15% on the order as consideration. Then my second pair of boots was disputed and cancelled. MilitaryBoots returned the difference to make up the total for a pair of boots, so all said in done, I paid the advertised price for poor service. I also wouldn't recommend Wellco, they apparently don't put a premium on doing this with some semblence of intelligence or effectiveness. Not sure I would put much faith in the product. Back to Belleville and Danner for quality and customer service. Old adage, you get what you pay for certainly applies to this experience."
