It fits true to size (I went with a standard measurement since it has lace-up backing to allow small adjustments), and I'm truly impressed with the production. It looks like a soft, milky cloud draped in lacy flowers. So elegant and form fitting. I didn't order a floofy enough petticoat to emphasize the full trumpet shape, but that'll be remedied soon (going for an A-line skirt instead of a trumpet/mermaid one)!
