"Buying a Sundance Hot Tub from Milton’s spas of Maine has brought disappointment and sadness into our home for the entire family. Dealing with the owners at any time other than the initial purchase has been painful and difficult. I have found both the owners to be angry and dismissive people (after the sale). If I were to buy again I would definitely shop around and not use price as the only criteria for buying such an expensive piece of equipment. I have found it very important to have reasonable people to deal with when owning a hot tub. The Milton’s do not fit those criteria as far as I am concerned. If I had checked on the internet before I made this purchase I would have found others who shared this same concern. I value my serenity and want a reliable hot tub with the kind of help that everyone who buys a spa deserves… I will look elsewhere for all my spa needs !!!
