"I registered twice using two different email addresses. I reset my password many times, and the site won't let me log in. It keeps saying it can't recognize the email address or password. Then I check their fine print, and they have a 1-2 day business policy of responding to emails. There is also no number to call.
Update: They were having system issues, and I was able to log in. However, I made another purchase, and 3 days later it is still sitting in 'processing' status. Sent and email, but still haven't heard back. Still not happy with their service."
