There weren't many reviews of them here so I took a chance and purchased a M-Audio Microtrack 24/96. To my surpise it was shipped the same day! Although the unit arrived DOA but they promptly issued a return authorization and replaced the unit. They were very courteous and professional on the phone (not to mention they actually answered the phone!). In fact they possess a friendly neighborhood store type of demeanor which is extremely rare even amongst the highest rated online businesses. I will definitely do business with them again."
