"DO NOT USE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered 6 cases for a tablet. They are the wrong size despite ordering the case that their site says is the correct size for this model. We paid $70 in duty and are now being told we will also have to pay to return them.
We have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for them to resolve the situation and ship us the correct cases but they are still trying to figure out why the first cases don't fit and have asked us 3 times to send a picture showing the issue which we have already done. They do not respond in a timely manner and you can only reach them by email."
