I bought bunion pads for my feet. After 60 days the package hadn’t arrived. I contacted the company and they told me the courier had returned it to them. I asked them for a refund and they refused to give it to me.
They said it my responsibility to contact the courier and said that I owed them the cost of the return mail sent to them!
I couldn’t believe it!!!! How could I contact the courier when I didn’t know they had my package?
They refused to give me a refund ... AND they charged me for their courier cost!!!!!!

It was found the post men tried to deliver the package to you on 2018-05-03 (18th days of shipping) but unsuccessfully due to the unavailability of the consignee.

Your local post office tried to contact you for several times but could not reach to you successfully either. Finally, they returned the package to us at the beginning of June since it was not claimed after a long time.
