"In December 2016 I ordered a fitbit-type watch from MiniInTheBox for delivery to the USA as a Christmas gift. They failed to deliver it -- returned by customs -- and eventually refunded my Visa payment. However, ever since they I have been bombarded by email advertising DESPITE MY UNSUBSCRIBING ATTEMPTS. These people do not deserve to be in business if they cannot quickly process unsubscribe requests. I NEVER WANT TO HEAR FROM MINIINTHEBOX again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "I have bought a lot of things in miniinthebox. everything has arrived well, and when I have had a problem (product don't arrive) the have reshipped for free. The only "problem" they have is that you have to wait 20 working days to get your products by using the cheapest shipping method (usually free). Apart of that, I think they have a really low prices and a really good customer service. "

"Paid for expedited shipping, and was led to believe, that we would receive our mouse that we ordered within 2-3 business days. We found out Saturday and Sunday are not business days for SF Express, the place used for shipping by MiniInTheBox. After purchase the shipping in email changed from 2-3 business days to 2-4. First deception. Well, the product was shipped, Feb 23rd 2017, according to the email MiniInTheBox sent. This is March 1st 2017. Which is 4 business days. Cannot find answer to this question. Who does sf express use to deliver the product, I ordered from your site, to me, in Abilene, Texas? Can you please find out why the expedited shipment has not yet arrived, where it is at, and what courier service will deliver to me? I will also be placing this in my review, along with the answer I receive from MiniInTheBox. Update: MiniInTheBox now says "one week" How can I trust that. Be prepared to pay for the cheap prices through bogus shipping dates.
Update: Received package march 2,2017. Customer service was helpful and courteous. They also said the will fix shipping issues on site. Product is a great mouse. "

Please note because the shipping method you chose for this order was postal service(without tracking service). It's the cheapest shipping method we have, while takes the longest shipping time for delivery. It usually takes 10-20 working days (14-28 calendar days) for the package to arrive. And we state it in the shipping method choosing part at the check out page when you placed this order. So it's normal that you still haven't received the package because it's still in transit. And it doesn't provide online tracking service. We guess you might haven't noticed this so you're inquiring about your order.
Your order was shipped out via airmail on 2017-02-11 with the reference number SYLLT42211982. So you shall receive the order before [2017-03-11], which is the 28th day of shipping.
