"When I called to see if the holders were available I was informed they were. And would ship in in five days, this was ok. After ten days and no shipment I called back to find out what was the delay. I was then informed that they were waiting for one of the bike holders to come in, not good. When I finally received the holders and unpacked them one of the half down sleds was cracked. Rather then going through the hassle of returning it I fix it with JBWeld. Hope it holds."
