"They may provide good merchandise, but I will never know. Three weeks after placing my order, I sign in to see that the order was voided, though I hadn't received any sort of notification. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed my order had been canceled by their spam filter or something because it didn't like my e-mail address. I confirmed that the address was accurate as they requested about two weeks ago, and my order is still listed as "void". Fortunately there are plenty of other merchants out there."
